Pricing Information: The prices displayed on this website are quoted in U.S. currency and are valid only in the United States. Prices are subject to change at any time at our discretion. Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned for any reason.
Shipping: Your order will be packaged and out the door within 3 business days of receipt. Currently, we ship only within the United States. Our merchandise is shipped via the good old U.S. Postal Service. Your order should reach you in 7 days after leaving our shop. You’ll probably get it sooner, but we’ll go with 7 days to make the Post Office look good when you get it quicker. The shipping charge for regular mail is $4.95 per item, except for decals which are $.50 for every five decals. Two-day express shipping is an additional charge of $35.00 per package, regardless of how many items are ordered.
International Orders: Sorry, but we currently do not ship outside of the good old US of A.
Returns/Exchanges: At Forever Cool ’46-’64 and Cool Nation Tees, we strive to provide the very best in merchandise and customer service, and we guarantee the quality of our merchandise. If you are not 100% satisfied, we will glady acept returns and/or exchanges up to 30 days from the date of shipment and will refund your money in the amount listed on your receipt, less the original shipping charges, and in the original form of payment. Any returned or exchanged item must be in tip-top shape, complete with the receipt and original packaging, with the hang tag still attached. If you’ve worn it, washed it, or damaged it in any way, or if you’ve kept it for more than 30 days, it’s yours – no exceptions. Forever Cool 4664 LLC and Cool Nation Tees reserve the right to refuse to accept the return and/or exchange of any product that does not meet these requirements. We do have our standards, after all. We do not charge a re-stocking fee, but original shipping and handling charges on returned merchandise are non-refundable. Plus you are responsible for the shipping charges when returning any item(s). We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns, so be sure to ship prepaid and insured, with the package securely wrapped. Include your original receipt, instructions for credit or exchange, and your name, address, phone number and e-mail address in the event we need to contact you regarding the return.
